Delete your UNNAP account

You can delete your UNNAP account and its data at any time. The UNNAP app is published by UNNAP Ltd.

In the app (fastest)

Open UNNAP and go to Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete account. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email privacy@unnap.com from the email address on your UNNAP account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account, profile, username, name and profile photo
• Your onboarding answers and settings
• Your alarms, alarm history, streaks, statistics and achievements
• Health and sleep data you connected
• Your friends, friend requests, group and club memberships, challenges and brand challenge progress
• Your paired magnets and notification tokens
• Feedback you sent in the app

Data is removed from our live systems within 30 days, and from backups within a further 30 days.

What we keep

• Onboarding analytics (which screens were viewed and for how long), in de-identified form that can't be linked back to you.
• Groups and clubs you created may stay for their other members, without your details.
• Data already shared with a brand partner for a brand challenge you joined is kept by that brand under its own privacy policy. Contact the brand to delete it.
• Anything we must keep by law, only for as long as required.

Orders and membership

Deleting your account doesn't cancel or refund an order from unnap.com, and doesn't delete your order history from our store. Contact support@unnap.com about orders, or see our store privacy policy.
